I set the clock at half past six, ate breakfast and then went to the gym to do incline sprints. I have become quite good at regular intervals but today was the first day I ran with incline. OH LORD, haha... My legs were shaking! I started with 1 minute intervals and ran as fast as possible but only after 5 intervals I had to go down to 30 seconds. After 3 intervals, I took away the incline since I could not make it anymore, haha! But it's really fun with a little challenge anyway ;-)
Yesterday, I wrote down all possible exercises I could think of, for each muscle group. It's really a hot tip! Check out some exercise videos on Instagram and write down the exercises on your phone. My training has become so much more effective since I started to write down the exercises + reps and sets. Then you can't cheat and stand as a question mark when you don't know what to do next.
