Hallo sweetie! First of all, THANK YOU! So fun that you like the blog <3
I'm studying financial law and I'm very pleased with the curse! I could not imagine going another high school major, which has to indicate that I chose the right one. Choosing the high school major is very individual and I really think that you should follow your heart and not choose a field that all of your friends choose. High School is tough, so it really is important to choose a High School major that contains courses that you are interested in, otherwise it will be difficult. I can only speak from myself, but I learn a lot faster if I'm interested in the subject.
Personally, I'm good at school. I could not say I have easy to learn, but I'm studying A LOT. Several days a week, I go up at 5 o'clock just to study one hour before school. Then I study between 4-9 pm every day. I definitely do not say that my High School major requires so much study, but it is what you make i. If you want good grades then you have to study a little more (if you are not a genius haha) ..
The advantages of my high school major I have to say are mainly the law course. Although I may not have plans to become a lawyer, I have learned so much that I can benefit from in real life. Especially when it comes to consumer rights and what rights and obligations you have when you are shopping in the store and on the internet. I am also interested in starting my own company and therefor I have benefited greatly from business law!
The disadvantage of financial law may well be that the law is a very heavy course. There is a lot of laws that you have to remember and there are very small margins that separate the paragraphs from each other. Even when analyzing a legal case, the language is VERY unclear, so you really have to sit with a reference book and read it a thousand times over again.
But overall, I think the High School major is very good! I go to school at Tibble Gymnasium, located in Täby and will start my last year after the summer. I consider Tibble a good school, it's a regular school. Neither better nor worse than any other school I've gone to!
Hope you got an answer to your question, xxx <3
